ORTHOLITE®: Engineered from open cell polyurethane, Ortholite soles retain 95% of their cushioning after one year of use, whereas ordinary soles lose 70% of their cushioning over the same time period.

The Ortholite® sole is light and breathable. The air circulates, to help evacuate heat and moisture to keep the feet dry. The environmentally-friendly biocide treatment is antimicrobial and creates a healthier environment for the feet. The advantages of Ortholite® Open-Cell Technology are:

FlyteFoam™: FlyteFoam™ midsole is made of foam with added cellulose microfibres. This midsole beats the record for lightness. This material is 55% lighter than classic EVA foam and 33% lighter than Solyte. Organic fibres provide good shape retention.


Gel™ Technology: Iconic shock absorption technology used by Asics since 1986. The Gel™ cushioning helps protect shocks from impact to reduce muscle fatigue. Made of wear-resistant silicone, the Gel™ pads are placed under the heel, under the big toe joint and under the toes. These are areas where the vertical load is higher on impact and push-off.




Durable Tinting Process: System that considerably reduces water consumption and carbon emissions. It helps reduce CO2 emissions by 45% for shoe soles compared to conventional dyeing technology. It also reduces water consumption by up to 50% for clothing and 33% for insoles.
