The product descriptions and technical details we provide on our website are representative of the details we receive from our suppliers or related services. At we endeavor to do everything we can to ensure that all graphics for our products and services (photos, diagrams, etc.), as well as the technical descriptions are a true representation of the products or services themselves.

  • Either within the legal withdrawal period, where the customer has 14 days from the day of receipt of the product to notify us of his intention to make a return.

NB: For SALOMON and SUUNTO items purchased from the SHOP, the withdrawal period is extended to 30 days from the day of receipt.

  • Either in the case of non-conformity of the delivered product or service.

If a product or service sold is not the same as what was advertised, you may return the item subject to conditions of sale by following the terms below:

Return Information:

On the “Contact Us” page of the Website, select the “Returns” option. Enter your email address, specify the item(s) you wish to return, as well as your order number.

Our customer service department will validate your request and provide you with an email response.

Return Shipping and Delivery Costs

If you have received an order that doesn’t fit its description, PrivateSportShop will cover the cost of the return shipping and reshipping of merchandise if applicable. You will receive a prepaid returns label by email and this will enable you to return the item(s), free of charge.

Returning the package

When returning your order, please use standard packaging that’s suitable to the products you are returning or reuse the box your order came in, attach the order invoice or, failing that, your contact details on plain paper (surname, first name and order number) inside your parcel. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unused and undamaged. They must be sent to the address given by our Customer Services.

For non-compliant products, place the prepaid returns label on your package, ensuring that the returns address is clearly visible.

Privatesportshop Confirmation:

All returned items (product, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be received intact and fit for resale. Once the returned package is received, PrivateSportShop will review the condition of the merchandise.

Returns will not be accepted if the returned items have been visibly worn or damaged by the customer, preventing resale. If the return is refused by PrivateSportShop, we will reship your order free of charge, and no refund will be made, unless subsequent claims have been considered regarding the product or service warranty.

If returning an item that doesn't match its description, the Customer may request:

  • A replacement item, if in stock
  • A refund, within 15 days of receipt of the order at our premises


Returned goods will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your package. An email will be sent to you on confirmation of the refund.
