BACK SYSTEM:

Contact Flow Fit: This carrying system keeps the load close to the body, while keeping your back dry. It improves venting per cm2 compared to traditional constructions and reduces the middle back temperature by 1.6°C within 15 minutes due to its 3D air channels and reduced contact area.

ISB BOARD: Ergonomic back panel, for perfectly stabilising the back. It can be removed easily to reduce the backpack weight.

COMPOSITION:

EVA: Compact and dense, EVA foam is a polymer similar to elastomer materials in terms of softness and flexibility. This material is highly resistant and has good clarity and shine, UV resistance and adhesive properties.

Ripstop: This synthetic fabric, often made from nylon or polyester, uses a special reinforcing technique that makes it tear and abrasion-resistant. During the weaving process, reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals into the hatched pattern. These intervals are generally 5 to 8 millimetres. Ripstop fabric is thin and lightweight with thicker threads interwoven into thinner cloth for a 3-dimensional structure.

ROBIC®: High density nylon weaving, extremely robust and of high quality. Waterproof thanks to its PU coating on the internal face. It is 60% more tear resistant than nylon traditionally used for backpacks.

The sublimation process uses a chemical reaction that enables printing on all synthetic fabrics. The print is created using a digital file on a large inkjet printer. The print and the fabric are then pressed at a high temperature. This process transfers the ink from the paper directly onto the fibre. The heat and pressure transform the ink from a solid state to a gaseous state and it is then this gas that tints and fixes the print to the fabric.
