Shipping information

Every sale has its own delivery delay. You can find an estimated delivery delay in the header of each sale, as well as on our product pages.

On some of our sales, a 25 day delivery delay is necessary. Indeed, on these sales, we do not have the stock, we deal directly with our partner brands in order to receive only the items ordered by our clients throughout the duration of the sale. As soon as we receive the products in our warehouse, we prepare your order.

The delivery delay corresponds to the time needed to prepare and send your order. It does not therefore include the delivery time which varies according to the delivery option chosen.

Once your order has been prepared by our Logistics Service, an email will automatically be sent to you.
