TECHNOLOGY:
DWR: Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coatings, which improve fabric resistance to water and stains, helps prolong the durability of technical garments.
For all collections since 2014, Millet uses new PFC-free solutions that are as efficient as current finishes but with a far lower impact on health and the environment.
COMPOSITION:
Toray® Air Stretch Ripstop: The polyamide provides great resistance to abrasion and weather changes thanks to the PFC-free DWR treatment.

Polartec® Alpha®: Polartec® Alpha® was originally developed for the U.S. Special Forces when they required a more advanced insulating material in their combat uniforms. This fabric is a new technology with active insulation that regulates core body temperatures during both dynamic and static activities. This latest advancement in adaptable breathability helps eliminate the need of shedding or adding layers of clothing. Among the remarkable technical features, the ones that stand out are its ultra-fast drying, warmth even when wet and its lightness and compressibility. |
Airtastic™: Compact high performance nylon and polyester fabrics. They are suitable for a wide variety of sports and can be used to make lightweight, compact and stretchy clothing for all seasons.
