Climactive® Plain 2L: Lafuma created the Climactive® label that certifies products that are waterproof and breathable. Clothing that features this technology prevent water from penetrating the fabric and stop it from getting wet. Climactive® fabrics have a membrane that guarantees maximum comfort, protection and durability. A waterproof and windproof protection that wicks away moisture from the skin.
Lightness and flexibility are guaranteed by this waterproof fabric. An essential basic that protects you in poor weather conditions, a printed version for more style and modernity.
DWR: This coating allows water to form beads and run off the shell fabric instead of being absorbed. The water-repellent outer fabric increases insulation and prevents it from being saturated by liquids, preventing any feeling of dampness.
Mix & Match: This system offers the option to choose the insulation liner for your jacket using an identical zip fastener system. Therefore allowing you to add comfort and style to your protective jacket as needed.
TechnoWarm® HighLoft: Lafuma created the TechnoWarm® label to certify products that offer thermal insulation while wicking away moisture. This fleece technology heats the air between the skin and the fabric to create a barrier from the outside, providing immediate comfort.
Certified Oeko-Tex, TechnoWarm® HighLoft is incredibly soft. It provides great warmth of despite being lightweight.
PFC-Free: Most of these products are water-repellent and are made using environmentally friendly processes, without perfluorocarbon (PFC). PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used in a number of outdoor products for waterproofing the outer material. Their use has received a lot of criticism, as they are considered non-biodegradable. They build up in the body and are suspected to be harmful to health.
Oeko-Tex® Certification: The innovative fibres used are certified by Oeko-Tex®, an internationally recognised control body. This label certifies that the fibres do not contain chemical elements that are harmful to the skin and the individual.
Low Impact™: Low Impact™ is based on 2 criteria that are essential to eco-design: the use of materials with a low environmental impact (at least 40% of the weight of the product is made from low impact materials such as Ecoya, Sorona®, tencel, hemp, RDS feathers), or certified materials (at least 80% of the product weight must be certified Bluesign®, Oeko-Tex®).
